Welcome!

Sometimes we find ourselves caught in cycles that feel impossible to break—overwhelmed by anxiety, difficulty controlling anger, navigating the pain of difficult relationships, wrestling with intrusive thoughts, struggling with self injury, or trying to cope with life after trauma or major transitions. You may be feeling emotionally exhausted, constantly overwhelmed, disconnected in your relationships, or unsure of how to move forward.

You are not alone—and you are not broken. Therapy can help you unpack what’s been weighing you down, understand the patterns holding you back, and help you begin to heal in ways that last.

Sincerely,

Sydney
